First step is to try to relax and silent your world by stopping all the noise around you. The next step is that unlike meals, meditation does not require you to do it at a fix hour. This means that you can go to the bathroom or any quiet place in your office and relax after a day’s stressful work.

Meditation then starts as you breathe deeply and close your eyes. Remain uninterrupted by others or even a phone call and repeat the process of deep breathing for a few more minutes.
